Privacy and KVKK Notice
This notice explains, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), how the personal data you send through somtek.com.tr is processed.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
When you use the quote form or our contact channels, we process the following:
- Full name and company name
- Phone number and email address
- The product and quantity you request and the content of your message
- Technical records needed for the security and operation of the site (IP address, browser information, time of request)
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your quote requests, to contact you, to carry out sales and delivery, and to keep the site secure. The legal bases under KVKK Article 5/2 are that processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent given through the checkbox on the form.
4. Transfers
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared only with infrastructure providers we use for hosting the site and delivering email, to the extent the service requires. It may be shared with authorized public bodies where a legal obligation exists.
5. Retention
Your quote requests are kept for as long as the purpose requires and for legal retention periods, and are then deleted or anonymized.
6. Cookies and fonts
The site uses only the essential cookies it needs to work. Page fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, in which case your browser connects to Google servers.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to know the parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to request deletion or destruction, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
